Group Play Therapy for Kids

Day of Week: Saturdays, dates and times vary

Session Length: 90 Minutes

Fee: $95 per session

Ages: TBD as group forms

Play therapy is a widely researched therapeutic modality used to support children’s growth and development while addressing a number of emotional and behavioral concerns.

This play therapy group for children focuses on three areas particularly impacted by recent responses to covid-19:

  1. social skills
  2. emotional regulation
  3. anxiety and grief

Sessions will be offered on Saturdays according to the play therapist’s availability, which changes due to family demands.

Group Therapy for Teens

Day of Week: Wednesdays

Time: 2:15-3:45 PM Pacific

Fee: $95 per session

Dr. Keller incorporates redecision therapy, sand tray therapy, expressive arts, and some elements of play therapy into group therapy with teens. These therapeutic modalities invite awareness and communication of thoughts and feelings, leading to greater insight and behavior change.

Group therapy for teens leverages teens’ natural desire to connect with peers as they explore, discover, and delight in who they are becoming.

This group will focus on the development of social skills and emotional literacy to address academic stress, anxiety, and healthy boundary setting.

Group Therapy for Adults

Day of Week: Wednesdays

Time: 10 AM to 12 PM

Fee: $95 per session

In this group, Dr. Keller uses redecision therapy, sand tray therapy, and expressive arts to invite exploration of thoughts and feelings related to life transitions.

Life transitions include bereavement, divorce, job change, moves, aging, etc.
