Play therapy facilitates communication and self-expression. Toys help children explore and express their feelings, wants, and needs. This play therapy play room in Livermore has a variety of toys to facilitate the 20 identified powers of play therapy.
Expressive Arts and Play Therapy
Expressive arts, such as music, painting, sculpting, etc., facilitate the exploration, expression, and regulation of emotions. Play therapy helps to promote emotional literacy and wellness for the entire family.

- Wednesday: In office, 10 AM-8 PM

About the Office
In addition to having a traditional therapy office, this Livermore counseling office is set up with a large playroom/sand tray space/family therapy room. It is designed to support the integration of creativity and expressive arts into the therapeutic experience.
