Group Therapy for Parents

You want to change.

  • You’ve read the books.
  • You know what to do (usually).
  • You know how you want to be with your child,
  • but you’re finding it hard to be the parent you want to be.

A psychotherapy group for parents might be for you.

The psychotherapy groups for parents designed by Dr. Keller combine psychoeducation as well as therapeutic work focused on identifying early childhood experiences and how they affect us today.

In her work with adults, Dr. Keller employs redecision therapy, transactional analysis, and gestalt therapy. These theoretical frameworks offer both structure and tools for deep emotional work, which is often required to make changes that will help us enhance our relationships.

One of the biggest ways to change our relationship with our children today is to work with the child we were yesterday.
